If you have a baby or a pet, and when you leave computer for a while, then you know that an keyboard is a recipe for disaster – delete data, lost work.
Also If you want to clean the keyboard without shutting down the system, disable keyboard key is a good choice.
However, the Windows system doesn't provide shortcut to make the keyboard disabling.
One Click to Disable keyboard using KeyExtender
- Download and install Keyboard Disabling Tool
- Run the Keyboard tool
- Find the icon in the tray.
- Right click the icon to popup menu.
- Select Lock Keyboard to disable keyboard keys
All keyboard input is disabling now, if you press any key on keyboard, your keyboard will not work, however, there are a few key shortcut that still work, such as Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
To re-enable the keyboard button, just click unlock keyboard in the popup menu.
